Booking & Payment Requirements:
To secure a booking, 50% deposit
is payable at time of booking. The balance of the
total cost is due 30 days prior to arrival. Accepted
forms of payment: MasterCard - Bankcard – Visa
– Cheque – Money Order. Cancellation
Policy: A refund of deposit will
be given provided cancellation notice is received
by the company 60 days prior to arrival les a $33
service fee per person. For cancellations received
two months or less prior to arrival the following
charges expressed as a percentage of the total costs
per person shall apply: more than one month 50%, one
month or less 100%. The cancellation fee is payable
in respect of part cancellation. (i.e. if some members
of the group cancel)
